We had ice creams, played in the park, lazed around on a picnic rug, cycled round the lake then climbed a tree. And on the way home we popped into Hampton court palace where we were allowed to look at cinderellas car!

Nana took me to the hospital this morning to check that my finger was healing nicely. It turns out that it's almost perfect again. I've been such a brave girl. No trampolining for a little bit though...x
(This is the original X-ray - can you spot the break?)

Yesterday we went to Granma and Grampa's house and I played with the sprinkler in the garden and I slept in auntie Amy's big girl bed wearing Granmas t shirt. Total heaven.
Then this morning we went to see baby Charlie get Christened in this far away place in the north called Ashby. Charlie was very well behaved and it was good to see Uncle Dick and Babcha as I haven't seen them in a long time.
It was also nice having Grandad (the one from Hong Kong) with us. He is going back tomorrow and we'll miss him. He's a funny one.
Grandad I just have a word of warning for you - sharks can smell fear, and so can children!

Today in swimming we were taught what to do if we fell in to water. So we had to wear our clothes so that it felt a bit more real. It was all very serious. I obviously thought the whole thing was hiiiiilarious! It goes without saying that I swam the width of the pool just as easily with clothes on. All the others were pretty babyish about the whole situation. Mummy felt smug and proud. She kept that to herself though, of course.
Yesterday I went to Bushy park with Ralph and Matilda. We played with the deer and rode our bikes and ate ice cream and climbed trees. Life doesn't get much better than that! The deer just roam free and they are very friendly - they just come up to you like you're their best friend! What a lovely day x

Today Elijah and I went on a date to the theatre in Brighton to see The Journey Home. It's all about animals becoming extinct because humans are being so greedy. It's a sad story really. But I thought it was HILARIOUS! I loved meeting the animals at the end - Elijah and I (as always) had a right laff!
